Comfortable Chinatown Stay
helpful staff bottled water
The staff was always ready to assist me. The location is near the Chinatown Complex. I also appreciated the bottled water in the room and daily cleaning.

convenient location helpful staff fresh towels small room missing shower curtain firm bed
the location is very convenient with easy access to public transport. the staff was helpful and friendly . i appreciated the cleanliness with fresh towels provided daily.
the room was quite small, difficult to move around. the bathroom lacked a shower curtain so the floor was constantly wet. also, i found the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking.

adequate stay with some issues
small room musty smell
The room size was indeed smaller than expected. the shower lacked proper enclosure. Water easily spread throughout the entire bathroom. furthermore, the air conditioning emitted a musty smell, it caused persistent coughing during the night..

mixed experience due to noise
the location was great and very close to the hawker market.
The noise from nearby bars persisted until 4am. I could feel the bass in my room every night and was offered earplugs as the only solution.

ground floor daily cleaning
The staff was helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout. a pantry was available on the ground floor, it provided convenience. the room was cleaned each day, i didn't request it.
the bathroom was very small, it lacked a proper shower divider.
